Senior Quality Engineer (Saudi Nationals Only)

Job Overview

This role is exclusively for Saudi nationals to serve as a Senior Quality Engineer within Solution Leaders Fayez Engineering based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The position demands adherence to established Quality Management System protocols, detailed audit management, and leadership in quality assurance processes related to engineering and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Comply with company policies regarding the Quality Management System.
• Generate and maintain essential quality reports for oversight by the Quality Manager and Project Manager.
• Organize and execute internal and departmental audits ensuring thorough follow-up and resolution of findings.
• Evaluate the execution of design control activities on engineering designs before submission to clients or third parties.
• Manage quality control planning, audits, measurements, and analytical activities for Engineering packages, advising on corrections.
• Initiate and track non-conformities and corrective action reports related to projects.
• Monitor and confirm closure of audit deductions, NCRs, and CARs.
• Conduct root cause analysis when necessary to identify underlying issues.
• Provide regular quality status reports to Quality and Project Managers.
• Undertake other tasks delegated by Quality Supervisor or Manager.
• Lead and coordinate design package reviews and audit activities.
• Offer guidance and support to other quality engineers, reporting directly to Quality Supervisors or Managers.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in engineering or construction, including at least 5 years within the building, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
• Proven experience in quality system auditing, holding a Lead Auditor Certificate for ISO 9001 (latest edition).
• Comprehensive understanding of quality assurance and quality control techniques, along with knowledge of international codes, standards, and procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective report writing capabilities.
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
