Role overview
Yamama Cement is hiring a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist in Riyadh to help ensure that Operational Excellence (OPEX) procedures, working practices, and documentation are aligned with ISO 9001 and the company’s Quality Management System (QMS). The role supports compliance, process enhancement, and ongoing improvement initiatives across the business.
What you will do
- Keep OPEX procedures current and aligned with ISO 9001 requirements.
- Carry out internal audits and contribute to root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities.
- Track compliance KPIs and spot opportunities to improve performance.
- Refine business processes and make sure document control standards are properly followed.
- Work closely with internal teams to strengthen operational results and process efficiency.
What we are looking for
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
- 5 to 7 years of background in Quality Assurance, Quality Management, or Process Improvement.
- Prior exposure to the cement sector or other heavy manufacturing environments is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of ISO 9001, QMS, internal audit practices, and document control.
- Experience with BPM tools, ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, and Process Mining is preferred.
