About the Company
Our client is a prominent manufacturer specializing in printing and packaging products located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. They are looking to appoint an experienced QA QC Manager to lead their quality control operations.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will possess a B.Sc., M.Sc., or B.Tech degree and bring over 10 years of expertise within the offset printing and packaging industry, including sectors such as mono carton, paper printing, corrugation, and self-adhesive labels production. Key duties include overseeing in-process and final quality inspections, maintaining comprehensive records, and supervising quality audits.
The role demands leadership of a quality control team consisting of 10 to 12 executives. The manager will ensure timely and precise inspection of incoming raw materials, vigilant verification of job cards, and identification of any deviations or non-conformities.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants should hold qualifications in engineering, science, or any relevant graduate degree. Extensive experience in the packaging and printing sectors with focus on quality control processes is essential.
