Job Overview

We seek a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to spearhead significant interior fit-out initiatives across India. This role involves overseeing projects such as Club Houses, Sales Galleries, Experience Centres, Hospitality Venues, and comparable high-end interiors. The position demands comprehensive project oversight from planning stages to final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and maintain high-quality standards while coordinating effectively with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage planning, execution, and timely completion of interior fit-out projects, strictly adhering to budget and quality requirements.
• Oversee comprehensive execution of premium projects including Club Houses, Sales Galleries, Experience Centres, and Hospitality spaces.
• Organize and lead project review meetings, conduct site visits, and facilitate stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, designers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project progress.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, risk assessments, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), budgets, and progress documentation.
• Ensure that all on-site work complies with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Manage procurement processes, negotiate with vendors, coordinate with subcontractors, and allocate resources efficiently.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, delays, and technical obstacles by implementing prompt solutions.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business.
• Supervise multiple concurrent projects across various locations throughout India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 20 years’ experience managing interior fit-out projects, particularly within hospitality, commercial infrastructure, or premium turnkey sectors.
• Demonstrated expertise in delivering projects such as Club Houses, Sales Galleries, Experience Centres, and high-end Hospitality venues.
• Proven leadership and personnel management skills.
• Strong capability in project planning, budgeting, procurement, and oversight.
• Proficiency using project management software like MS Project, Primavera, or equivalents.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
