We collaborate with municipal governments, planning authorities, and developers to streamline planning systems and approvals through AI-driven spatial analysis, generative design, and machine learning.

We are expanding our presence across Canada and North America and seek a Senior Project Manager, Government Solutions, to lead the successful execution of complex enterprise projects for municipal government clients. This role involves working at the intersection of AI technology, government digital transformation, urban planning, and enterprise SaaS deployment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of enterprise software implementations for government clients from contract initiation through go-live and post-launch support.
• Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, milestones, risks, and ensure adherence to delivery objectives.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules and implementation plans aligned with customer commitments.
• Serve as the primary liaison with government customers and strategic partners, nurturing strong relationships across technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
• Facilitate governance activities including status meetings, executive reporting, and stakeholder expectation management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, and Technical groups to translate customer requirements into actionable delivery plans.
• Support change management by driving customer readiness, including process redesign, training coordination, and user adoption.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks or dependencies, and ensure completion of milestones supporting invoicing and revenue recognition.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery frameworks, methodologies, and operational processes.
• Handle multiple concurrent projects across Canada, Australia, and the United States.

Required Experience and Skills

• Minimum 8 years in project or program management within customer-facing technology environments.
• Demonstrated delivery of enterprise SaaS, software implementation, or digital transformation projects.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder groups spanning multiple teams and seniority levels.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Expertise in managing project risks, schedules, budgets, and competing priorities.
• Successful collaboration with technical, product, and engineering teams.
• Capacity to manage several simultaneous projects across distributed teams and time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Canadian municipal governments, public sector entities, or regulated industries.
• Background supporting organizational change management and digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with public sector privacy frameworks such as MFIPPA, FIPPA, FOIP, or equivalents.
• Exposure to GovTech, PropTech, urban planning, infrastructure, or smart city projects.
• Knowledge of permitting, planning, zoning, development, or land-use processes is advantageous.

Education and Certifications

• Preferred bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalents are highly regarded.
