Role overview
This position sits within IE University’s Corporate Relations team in Riyadh and focuses on coordinating the Corporate Masters portfolio on a daily basis. The role acts as the main connection point between corporate students, professors, internal IE teams, and external partners, ensuring smooth delivery of the program and an excellent student experience.
The coordinator supports operational planning, communication management, policy implementation, faculty support, and logistics. The role also reports to the Corporate Masters Directors and may supervise Corporate Programs Assistants when needed.
Key responsibilities
You will manage a wide range of academic, administrative, and operational tasks to keep the Corporate Masters program running effectively, while also contributing to participant support and commercial activity.
- Serve as a daily support contact for corporate students, helping resolve concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a service mindset.
- Coordinate with class representatives alongside other team members and help address academic or personal challenges affecting students.
- Handle written and verbal communication with students, including regular updates, presentations, and information sessions.
- Review student feedback and use it to improve the overall experience with IE.
- Work closely with professors to share student or cohort issues, gather feedback, and help ensure grades, syllabi, and other academic inputs are submitted on time.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Admissions, Marketing, Planning, Documentation, Student Services, Student Life, the Registrar’s Office, Maintenance, and International Mobility to support the program successfully.
- Support the delivery of the Corporate Masters program and ensure daily operations run smoothly.
- Take care of administrative and logistical matters before, during, and after the program.
- Assist both participants and faculty throughout the program lifecycle.
- Support program managers and admissions teams with sales-related activities.
- Represent IE at promotional activities such as master classes, fairs, and similar events.
- Contribute to administrative support for commercial activities.
- Participate in onboarding processes and maintain regular contact with participants and faculty.
- Represent IE XL at on-campus and off-campus face-to-face events.
- Manage daily participant engagement and support.
- Help organize events and take ownership of special program components, initiatives, projects, and related areas.

- A master’s degree is highly desirable.
- Advanced bilingual ability in English and Spanish, both spoken and written, is required.

- Excellent communication and customer management abilities are required.
- Background in global management education or business school environments is an advantage.
