About the company

LinkedIn is a professional network used by people around the world to build connections, explore opportunities, develop skills, and access insights that help them progress in their careers. The company also emphasizes employee growth and aims to foster a workplace grounded in trust, care, inclusion, and fun.

Join the team to help shape how the world works.

Role overview

This senior product marketing role sits within the Ventures Product Marketing team in LinkedIn Talent Solutions. The team is responsible for validating and incubating venture-style product ideas, working closely with senior leaders across R&D, Sales, and Marketing. The role is centered on bringing innovative, AI-enabled products to market, from early validation through positioning, messaging, and launch planning.

The position is based in New York, NY, and the work arrangement is hybrid, meaning the job is performed both remotely from home and onsite at a LinkedIn office on designated days based on business needs. This role may also be located in San Francisco, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, New York, or Chicago.

What you will do

  • Own market validation efforts, charter development, and go-to-market planning for new venture product concepts within the LinkedIn Talent Solutions portfolio.
  • Design and execute go-to-market strategies for AI-led and other innovative offerings across Sales, Marketing, and Go-to-Market Enablement.
  • Work with cross-functional partners to influence launch strategy, define roadmap priorities, and coordinate successful market releases.
  • Create sales stories, pitch direction, and enablement materials, including presentation decks that communicate product value in a clear and visual way.
  • Develop strong working relationships with stakeholders across teams to maintain alignment and support business objectives.
  • Improve launch processes over time by increasing quality, speed, and scalability, including the use of AI to automate workflows, support content creation, and measure program performance.

Qualifications

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience, along with at least 10 years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market, and/or sales enablement.

Preferred experience includes building or launching a new business opportunity from the ground up, along with 3+ years in the HR technology ecosystem, such as learning and development, talent marketplaces, HCM platforms, LMS providers, or enterprise content platforms. Experience leading multi-product launch programs in enterprise technology environments and coordinating across functions is also valued.

The role calls for someone who can manage a fast-moving workload, juggle several priorities at once, and decide where to spend time and resources based on business impact. Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed, along with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear and compelling narratives. A strong eye for visual storytelling and self-sufficient deck design is also important.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is USD 149,000 to USD 233,000 per year. Final compensation depends on factors such as experience, skills, certifications, and work location.
