Senior Product Manager

Role Overview

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for the full cycle of product management, from strategic planning to execution, focusing on driving product success within Elm's framework and policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a long-term product strategy aligned with Elm's overall business goals and market opportunities based on comprehensive market research and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure the product strategy supports the company's vision.
• Manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and backlog in response to market demand, customer input, and business objectives.
• Facilitate effective coordination among engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to support product development and delivery.
• Oversee product progress, address risks and challenges, and ensure timely and successful delivery using appropriate product management tools and methodologies.
• Perform product evaluations including risk assessments, resource planning, and timeline management, adhering to information security standards for data integrity and confidentiality.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships, gathering requirements, providing updates, and promoting collaboration across teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Conduct detailed market analysis, customer interviews, and performance monitoring to inform positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
• Utilize analytics and customer feedback to continually improve product offerings and measure success through adoption, satisfaction, and revenue metrics.

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or an equivalent field — advanced education preferred.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in product management or related roles.
