The role demands collaboration with cross-functional teams including engineers, analytics engineers, and commercial stakeholders across multiple countries. It involves driving enhancements in product capabilities that deliver tangible benefits to customers and the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the strategic direction and evolution of software and data products underpinning electric vehicle financing operations.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to enhance product functionality and drive continuous value delivery.
  • Partner with analytics engineers to define and fulfill internal reporting and data visualization requirements within the eMobility sector.
  • Gather user feedback from customers and customer care teams to identify pain points and enhance the customer experience and product offering.
  • Conduct data analysis to monitor business performance and uncover opportunities for new products or process improvements.

Candidate Requirements

  • At least four years of experience in product management roles.
  • Strong analytical and technical proficiency, capable of performing complex data analyses independently.
  • Demonstrable problem-solving skills applied to technical or analytical challenges.
  • Experience working with diverse, distributed teams spanning multiple countries.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaborative abilities.
  • Background in developing backend or API-first products.
  • Experience managing B2C products.
  • Familiarity with IoT products and remote device management best practices.
  • Understanding of SaaS CRM integrations with custom software solutions.
  • Proven experience employing agile methodologies and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Data-driven decision-making mindset and strategic planning experience.
