About the Role
Join Intuit's Education team as a Senior Product Manager, overseeing a key component of the Intuit for Education platform—a free financial education resource for students and educators. This platform empowers users with practical financial skills including budgeting, credit management, taxes, and entrepreneurship. As part of a small, agile team within Corporate Responsibility, you will manage the product experience from conception to iteration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire product cycle from problem identification through launch and ongoing refinement, ensuring high quality and user-friendly outcomes.
- Define and measure success metrics and analytics to evaluate product effectiveness and drive improvements.
- Engage directly with students, educators, and partners to uncover meaningful problems to solve, leveraging research, behavioral data, and AI tools.
- Create prototypes using AI-driven tools, enabling early user feedback and rapid iteration alongside design and engineering teams.
- Make informed product decisions balancing immediate and long-term impacts using data and customer input, incorporating AI to accelerate prioritization.
- Adapt and assume multiple responsibilities as necessary within a small team environment.
- Collaborate across departments including curriculum, design, engineering, marketing, and programs, communicating clearly with data-backed stories and prototypes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in product management with proven success in launching customer-facing products.
- Proficiency with AI and prototyping tools such as Figma or Claude, comfortable creating early-stage prototypes independently.
- A strong focus on understanding customer needs and translating them into product decisions.
- Solid skills in data fluency, able to define essential analytics and use insights for roadmap planning.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to influence stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and undertake diverse roles in a small team setting.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
Preferred Experience
Background in education or working on mission-driven products is advantageous but not necessary.
