Our platform enables humans and AI agents alike to understand and securely govern permissions and activities across SaaS, infrastructure, internal tools, and AI-driven workflows.
This role is pivotal to driving the direction and evolution of core components within our Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platform, a mature enterprise-level software solution. You'll collaborate intimately with customers, Customer Success teams, and Engineering to enhance functionality, refine workflows, and address complex identity challenges faced by organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct ownership of a primary segment within the IGA product, steering strategy, roadmap priorities, and ensuring high-quality customer outcomes.
- Collaborate extensively with Engineering, Customer Success, Support, and Sales teams to identify and prioritize customer needs, manage escalations, and elevate product reliability and usability.
- Analyze customer feedback, product usage, and market trends to formulate well-defined product enhancements balancing impact, technical factors, and strategic vision.
- Make judicious decisions on balancing feature rollouts, technical debt reduction, scalability, and operational improvements.
- Create precise product specifications and define success metrics so engineering teams can deliver robust and effective solutions.
- Work cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Go-to-Market, and Customer Success to release new features and boost customer engagement.
- Continuously monitor product health using qualitative feedback, adoption data, and business performance indicators to guide future initiatives.
- Act as the subject matter expert and communicate roadmap priorities, tradeoffs, and strategic direction to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years' experience in product management, focused on building and scaling enterprise SaaS products, ideally within cybersecurity, identity, or infrastructure domains.
- In-depth knowledge of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Identity and Access Management (IAM), privileged access, authentication, authorization, or related security technologies.
- Proven experience managing mature product areas with a balance between customer demands, strategic development, platform robustness, and operational discipline.
- Excellent product judgment with a record of prioritizing complex customer needs alongside technical and business considerations.
- Experience working collaboratively with Customer Success and Engineering teams to resolve customer issues and deliver measurable value.
- Strong data-driven approach utilizing both qualitative insights and quantitative product metrics to inform product decisions.
- Ownership mindset and ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of influencing both technical and non-technical audiences including design, engineering, go-to-market teams, and executive leadership.
- Commitment to product quality and exceptional customer experience beyond simply delivering features.
- Alignment with company values emphasizing deliberation, kindness, customer trust, empowerment, and adaptability.
