Job description
About Fifth Dimension
Fifth Dimension is a global leader in AI applications for the real estate industry, offering an AI-driven workspace for investment managers, owners, and operators across regions including the US, the UK, and APAC. The company automates document-intensive workflows, extracts valuable insights, and empowers customers to make quicker, smarter decisions.
Role Overview
We seek a Senior Product Manager based in London or preferably New York, who will report directly to the Co-Founder & CPO and collaborate with another senior PM peer. This is a senior individual-contributor position focused on owning a product area end-to-end, partnering closely with engineering and engaging deeply with customers. This role emphasizes shipping high-quality product increments consistently and setting high standards without managing a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product development for a critical product area, from gathering customer insights to final pixel-perfect delivery, collaborating daily with engineering teams.
- Translate product vision and real-time customer feedback into clear, refined, and shipped products, making scope decisions when necessary.
- Engage frequently with enterprise customers, participate in important discussions such as renewals and issue resolutions, and use this feedback to shape the product.
- Drive measurable adoption and revenue by enhancing product demos and aligning product features with business goals.
- Innovate AI-native product features including agentic workflows, streaming data outputs, document intelligence, and confidence signals, creating new playbooks where none exist.
- Implement light but effective processes to maintain reliable and consistent communication across founders, engineering, and customers without obstructing agility.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate has recent hands-on experience shipping AI-driven products used by customers and is deeply familiar with concepts like agentic systems, evaluation metrics, and probabilistic outputs. They actively use AI tools in their workflows, have shipped product features themselves recently, and possess a commercial mindset focused on customer adoption and enterprise purchasing dynamics. They have experience navigating high-pressure customer interactions and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment by taking ownership, communicating clearly, and applying just enough process for consistency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience shipping AI products with insights into agentic and probabilistic systems (required).
- Comfortable using AI-native tooling and capable of making small code changes to unblock progress.
- Strong commercial insight with emphasis on adoption and revenue rather than just feature delivery.
- Experience managing complex data products related to extraction, search, intelligence, and analytics is advantageous.
- Bonus points for domain expertise in real estate, finance, legal, insurance, healthcare, or construction, as well as a platform/system thinking approach towards APIs and compounding effects.
Compensation & Benefits
- Location: Hybrid model with office presence three days/week in New York (preferred) or London.
- Salary range: US - $185,000 to $220,000 base plus meaningful equity; UK - £100,000 to £135,000 base plus meaningful equity, negotiable based on experience.
- Equity vesting on a standard schedule.
- 401(k) retirement plan (US) or enhanced pension scheme (UK).
- Generous paid time off and a two-week company shutdown in December.
- Health, dental, and life insurance (US) or private healthcare via BUPA (UK).
- Enhanced parental leave: 14 weeks for primary and 6 weeks for secondary caregivers.
- Customized support for exceptional personal challenges.
Additional Information
This position is not a management role; there is no team to hire or lead. The company values a culture that encourages experimentation, ownership, shipping high-quality work quickly, and maintaining a distinctive approach to product innovation. The role requires agility, excellent communication, and commitment to driving results through continuous product delivery and customer engagement.
