Senior Product Designer (UI/UX) – iGaming, Crypto & Sports

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer skilled in UI/UX to innovate and shape digital experiences across the iGaming, cryptocurrency, and sports sectors. This role is located in Germany and offers full remote work flexibility. You'll be responsible for leading design from concept to deployment across various web and mobile platforms aimed at a global user base.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead complete UI/UX design cycles on multiple web and mobile products, turning initial ideas into polished final designs.
• Develop clear and user-friendly flows, journey maps, and contemporary interfaces utilizing Figma's full capabilities.
• Create engaging designs for casino interfaces, gaming HUDs, bonus screens, menus, and other interactive components.
• Construct and maintain scalable Design Systems, reusable UI elements, design tokens, and well-organized interface libraries.
• Produce responsive layouts, interactive prototypes, and precise design documentation ready for developer collaboration.
• Partner closely with product managers, frontend and backend developers, and other key stakeholders throughout product life cycles.
• Review and ensure all implemented features meet quality standards and match design accuracy closely.
• Enhance existing digital products through iterative design informed by user feedback and data analytics.
• Participate actively in brainstorming sessions, product discovery, and strategic meetings to refine user experience solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX or product design roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Variables, Components, Interactive Prototypes, Design Tokens, and developer handoffs.
• Strong foundation in user-centered design principles and understanding of digital product development workflows.
• Proven ability in designing responsive web applications compatible across multiple devices.
• Expertise in creating and managing scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
• Effective collaboration skills with engineering teams through clear and thorough design documentation.
• Product-focused mindset balancing user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
• Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Figma AI, Midjourney) to augment and accelerate design processes is highly valued.
• Knowledge of modern front-end development including HTML, CSS, responsive design, component-based architectures, web accessibility, animations, and Tailwind CSS basics.
• Familiarity with product management and communication platforms like Jira and Slack.
• Previous involvement in iGaming, online casino, sports betting, esports, crypto, fintech, or related sectors considered a plus.
• Excellent communication, detail orientation, strong ownership attitude, and ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
