Senior Product Designer (m/f/d)

Role Overview

Take full responsibility for the entire product design lifecycle, tackling well-defined challenges alongside the Product Team—from ideation and prototype iteration to delivering finalized visual designs ready for deployment.

Work in tandem with the current Product Designer to enhance and unify our design language, ensuring a seamless interface experience across all platform areas.

Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to pinpoint impactful user experience opportunities and deliver feasible solutions efficiently.

Convert concepts into high-fidelity interfaces while upholding and advancing our scalable design system managed in Figma.

Develop clear, engaging user interface copy to assist users throughout the product journey.

Candidate Profile

Essential Qualifications:

• Between three and five years of experience as a Product Designer in reputable B2B SaaS enterprises or rapidly expanding SaaS startups.
• Demonstrated capability to design intricate, desktop-first web applications end to end—covering problem definition, interaction design, and final handoff—evidenced through your portfolio.
• Strong product mindset with the aptitude to devise pragmatic solutions balancing user benefits, technical feasibility, and business objectives.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including experience collaborating within shared workspaces, managing component libraries, and maintaining design systems.
• Highly self-motivated and outcome-driven, able to operate independently while articulating trade-offs and limitations clearly.
• Native-level German fluency complemented by strong English language skills.

Preferred But Not Required:

• Familiarity with AI-powered coding assistant tools such as Claude code or Cursor to create realistic, operative prototypes.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS to implement minor product or website enhancements independently.
• Experience in UX-focused copywriting.
