Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Product Business Analyst who will serve as the bridge between business needs, user experience, and technology implementation. The position involves close collaboration with stakeholders, Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineering teams to define and document product requirements, develop user-friendly solutions, and support product releases within an Agile framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sessions such as discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather, analyze, and confirm business and user requirements.
- Translate business goals into detailed user journeys, process diagrams, wireframes, functional specifications, and solution designs.
- Establish the product scope while documenting requirements through epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules.
- Work alongside Product Managers to prioritize requirements and maintain a clear and organized product backlog.
- Act as the main point of communication between business stakeholders, UX professionals, and engineering teams, offering clarification throughout development.
- Facilitate solution design meetings, highlight dependencies, handle risks, and clear up any requirement uncertainties.
- Support Agile processes, including backlog grooming, sprint planning and reviews, user acceptance testing, and release coordination.
- Analyze current business processes and user responses to identify enhancements, automation opportunities, and improved customer experience.
- Ensure final solutions align with business goals, meet user expectations, and maintain high quality.
Qualifications and Skills
- At least five years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, UX Analyst, or a related role within digital product, technology, or transformation contexts.
- Proven ability to facilitate stakeholder interviews, run workshops, and manage requirements spanning multiple business functions.
- Expertise in crafting user journeys, flowcharts, wireframes, mock-ups, and low-to-medium fidelity prototypes.
- Experience converting business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specs, and detailed solution documentation.
- Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies, collaborating effectively with Product Managers, UX Designers, and development teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Figma or equivalent for product delivery and collaboration.
- Understanding of UX concepts, Design Thinking, Service Design, and user-centric design practices is highly advantageous.
