The Role and Team

This role involves joining the People team as a dedicated business partner, closely collaborating with leaders across the organization. The position focuses on supporting a Go-To-Market (GTM) organization with deep understanding of quota cycles, pipeline dynamics, and performance conversations, while also extending partnership to other functions. Experience in complex, engineering-driven companies is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute impactful people initiatives such as performance calibrations, compensation reviews, employee engagement surveys, and management development programs.
• Contribute to people strategy, including organizational design, workforce and succession planning, skills evaluations, and compensation alignment.
• Coach and support leaders in enhancing team performance, trust, and psychological safety.
• Develop strong relationships to proactively identify challenges using people analytics and data-driven insights.
• Manage critical employee experiences like performance improvement, employee relations, and off-boarding with care and sound judgment.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience partnering with senior leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business goals, particularly within technical or GTM environments.
• Experience supporting international GTM teams.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in diagnosing people-related issues and providing actionable insights.
• Track record of leading organizational change, managing resistance, and building consensus.
• Commitment to talent development and retention, with a passion for growing leaders continuously.
• Ability to manage change initiatives effectively and communicate them across teams.
• Incorporation of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles in all partnership efforts to create equitable practices and policies.
• A collaborative and compassionate approach to partnership that fosters trust and empathy.
• Preferred: Experience implementing foundational practices for scaling teams and transparent compensation strategies.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual base salary ranges from $125,500 to $170,000 USD, depending on experience.
