Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and lead strategic human resource initiatives that align with the organizational culture and overall business objectives.
- Manage employer branding efforts aimed at attracting premier IT professionals within the region.
- Develop and refine policies that enhance employee well-being and support retention.
- Act as a steward of company culture by promoting and embedding the organization's core values.
- Design and assess programs that recognize and reward employee contributions effectively.
- Provide strategic counsel to management regarding organizational development and challenges related to company culture.
- Direct talent growth strategies, including mentorship programs, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
- Drive cultural cohesion and alignment between the Riyadh office and the Jordan branch.
Qualifications
- Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or an equivalent field.
- Have a minimum of five years of advancing experience in human resources, particularly with leadership responsibilities in culture-focused roles.
- Possess extensive knowledge of labor laws and best human resource practices within Saudi Arabia and Jordan.
- Exhibit strategic thinking coupled with practical capability to establish and execute HR programs and policies.
- Show proven accomplishment in spearheading culture change or employee engagement initiatives.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and influence across multiple departments and geographic locations.
- Experience within the IT or technology sector and familiarity with multicultural team environments is preferred.
- Holding HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or PHRi is considered advantageous.
