Isha Health Solutions invites applications for the role of Senior Patient Coordinator providing online support from home. This position plays a crucial role in managing appointments, patient communications, and coordinating with clinical teams to ensure smooth telemedicine consultations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Arrange and adjust online doctor appointments, guaranteeing that all consultation slots are efficiently filled.
• Oversee and mentor junior staff members assisting with patient coordination and call handling.
• Serve as the primary contact point for resolving patient inquiries, complaints, or scheduling issues promptly.
• Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical teams to coordinate consultation times, manage availability, and address any sudden changes.
• Maintain and monitor patient consultation records and related data.
• Track consultation volumes daily, weekly, and monthly, preparing summary reports accordingly.
• Ensure all communication with patients is courteous and timely.
• Manage interactive voice response (IVR) calls and related responsibilities.
• Provide online assistance to doctors and patients during live consultations.
• Ensure the video consultation platform is technically ready and troubleshoot basic connectivity or access problems with patients.
• Train, mentor, and assess junior staff performance while supporting their onboarding.
• Support audit activities and compliance checks.
• Adapt to multitasking demands, transitioning between roles as needed.
• Participate in regular team meetings held daily, weekly, and monthly.

Candidate Eligibility

The opportunity is open to freshers as no prior experience is mandatory. Applicants should possess strong communication skills and familiarity with Google Sheets.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual remuneration offered ranges between ₹240,000 and ₹360,000. A job offer will be provided upon selection.
