The Senior Partnership Manager role is based in Riyadh and focuses on building and managing partnerships that create exceptional benefits and experiences for members while also generating value for corporate partners. The position plays an important part in commercial growth, member satisfaction, and strong NPS performance.
Partnership development and management
- Build and secure important regional partnerships, with approximately 70% focused on travel and the remaining 30% across dining, entertainment, and retail.
- Negotiate attractive rates, offers, and event opportunities that increase value for members.
- Develop long-term partner relationships that support sustainable growth and repeat success.
- Review partner performance regularly to maintain a consistently high standard of service.
Market analysis and strategy execution
- Keep track of industry trends and competitor activity so partnerships remain current and competitive.
- Study redemption data and member demand to improve partnership strategy.
- Recommend and implement new approaches that improve member satisfaction, corporate revenue, and operational efficiency.
Cross-functional collaboration
- Partner with marketing and content teams to increase visibility for partnerships and boost member engagement.
- Assist client services and business development teams with client-related requests and new business proposals.
- Share effective practices and process improvements across teams and regions.
Performance tracking and optimization
- Monitor and report on partnership-related objectives and key results (OKRs).
- Use data analysis to strengthen partnership offerings and improve member experiences.
- Continuously adjust methods based on feedback and performance results.
Requirements
- Background in the travel industry.
- Previous experience sourcing and securing partnerships in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage several priorities at once.
- Knowledge of OTA distribution, wholesaler net rates, concierge operations, and luxury service models.
- Comfortable using Excel and reporting tools for analysis.
- Experience creating presentations for clients.
- Ability to lead new business initiatives and align them with travel proposition objectives.
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to succeed in a fast-moving environment.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Role location is Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with a 100% on-site working arrangement.
