Role overview
This role sits within the Wealth HNI & CTS department and focuses on managing partner and client relationships while driving acquisition, retention, growth, revenue, and service quality. The position is based in Delhi, with the broader role context also covering Hyderabad, Chennai, and Bangalore.

The preferred qualification is a Master’s degree in Finance, along with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.

Key responsibilities
- Bring in new clients, retain existing ones, and support business expansion.
- Identify and onboard new CTS customers, including large prospects sourced through referrals and other channels such as advertisements, directories, corporate associations, and internet research.
- Execute the monthly sales plan, maintain regular contact with mapped clients through weekly and monthly calls, track daily targets, and meet clients in person.
- Improve client coverage so that the business reaches the full potential of sourced accounts and increases wallet share and revenue.
- Coordinate joint client calls with the research team, including portfolio reviews and workplace visits for corporate accounts.
- Work alongside retail teams to arrange workplace engagements at institutional client premises.
- Deliver profitability and fee-income goals across customers and products.
- Share timely market updates and recommend suitable investment solutions to clients.
- Maintain planned fee income levels and use cross-selling opportunities to support revenue targets.
- Follow ethical selling standards and fair practices at all times.
- Ensure clients have access to relevant research inputs and supporting material.
- Honor client commitments, resolve issues appropriately, and escalate grievances when needed.
- Stay updated on market developments and communicate upcoming client needs to the Regional Head and research team for product or service innovation.
- Keep current on key policies and procedures and ensure full compliance.
- Support risk and review processes through continuous monitoring of client profiles and complete KYC and proposal documentation.
- Coordinate with CSM teams and market intermediaries such as mutual funds and banks to ensure smooth transactions and operations.
- Prepare periodic MIS, activity, and sales reports for the Teal Lead.
- Track competitor activity, product launches, and marketing initiatives, and report findings to management, product, and research teams.
- Continue building skills through internal and external training and relevant certifications in financial sales services.
