Role Overview

This position is for Partner Client Relations / Senior Partner Client Relations within the Wealth HNI & CTS department. The role is based in Bangalore, with the broader role location mentioned as Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Bangalore.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should hold a master's degree in finance and bring 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

The role focuses on acquiring new clients, retaining existing ones, and growing business through strong relationship management and market engagement.

  • Identify and bring in new customers for CTS.
  • Run monthly sales plans to onboard large prospects and maintain regular engagement with mapped clients through weekly and monthly calls, daily target tracking, and personal meetings.
  • Find potential clients such as corporates and financial institutions through referrals, corporate associations, online sources, directories, and other lead channels.
  • Drive full client penetration for sourced business to improve wallet share and revenue contribution.
  • Conduct joint calls with the research team and participate in portfolio reviews and worksite interactions for corporate accounts.
  • Coordinate with retail teams to organize worksites at institutional client premises.
  • Deliver against sales volume targets and generate revenue across customers and products.
  • Share timely market updates and recommend suitable investment solutions to clients.
  • Work toward budgeted fee income through cross-selling and related initiatives.
  • Follow ethical selling practices and fair conduct standards.
  • Ensure clients receive timely research inputs and supporting material.
  • Honor client commitments and escalate or resolve grievances appropriately.
  • Stay updated on market developments and share emerging client needs with the regional head and research team to improve product and service offerings.
  • Follow all relevant policies and procedures and remain compliant at all times.
  • Support risk and review processes by monitoring client profiles and maintaining complete proposal and KYC documentation.
  • Coordinate with CSMs and external intermediaries such as mutual funds and banks for smooth transactions and operations.
  • Prepare and send periodic activity and sales MIS to the team lead.
  • Track competitor actions, products, and marketing efforts, and report insights to management, product, and research teams.
  • Continuously improve skills by attending internal and external training and pursuing relevant certifications in financial sales services.
