Role overview

This position is for a Senior Administration Officer supporting the Facilities Management function with day-to-day administrative and operational work. The role centers on keeping documents, schedules, records, correspondence, and reporting tasks well organized so the department can run smoothly and follow internal procedures. It is intended for UAE Nationals (Emirati), and candidates who have recently graduated are welcome to apply.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver administrative assistance to the Facilities Management team.
  • Keep files, records, and department documentation properly arranged and updated.
  • Draft letters, reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
  • Arrange meetings, appointments, and team calendars.
  • Track attendance, leave balances, and timesheet information.
  • Help process invoices, purchase requests, and service-related requests.
  • Maintain databases and ensure administrative information stays current.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and outside contacts when needed.
  • Support customer service follow-up and complaint tracking tasks.
  • Prepare recurring reports and update departmental dashboards.
  • Follow company policies and administrative standards at all times.
  • Take on additional duties assigned by the line manager.

Qualifications and requirements

  • Must be a UAE National and hold a Family Book.
  • A bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a similar field is required.
  • Fresh graduates may apply.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Clear communication and solid interpersonal ability.
  • Well-developed organization and time-management skills.
  • Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Open to learning and growing in a Facilities Management setting.
