- Perform examinations according to sanctioned procedures and internationally accepted codes and standards.
- Evaluate results against acceptance and rejection criteria to determine compliance.
- Coordinate with the assigned Quality Inspector to confirm that tasks have been completed.
- Record compliant work and flag non-conforming items for corrective action.
- Ensure repaired or rectified work is rechecked by the QC Inspector before the original NDT method is applied again.
- Carry out duties in a safe and ethical manner, following professional conduct expectations.
- Review inspection findings accurately, classify welds, and issue findings in accordance with the relevant code or specification criteria.
- Look after NDT equipment properly and keep certification records up to date.
- Help maintain a safe, secure, and healthy workplace by following company and customer safety practices and legal requirements, and by reporting potential hazards or concerns.
- Work both independently and with remote NDT teams when required.

- Complete inspection duties and prepare organized records and evaluation reports.
- Generate testing and evaluation reports for all completed work.
- Make sure equipment operates at required performance levels and remains compliant with safety rules.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, while maintaining a strong customer-service mindset with internal and external stakeholders.
- Follow safe operating practices and personal safety rules, including the use of required PPE.
- Support and mentor co-workers through on-the-job coaching in safe practices, technical skills, and company policy compliance.
- Prepare NDT reports using computer software.
Requirements
- High school diploma or a degree.
- At least 5 years of experience as an NDT inspector in a relevant method.
- Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft applications.
- ASNT, PCN, or CSWIP Level II certification.
