Senior Mortgage Operations Executive

Role Overview

A fast-growing, well-funded mortgage brokerage in Dubai is looking for an experienced Senior Mortgage Operations Executive to act as the operational hub for the advisory function. The business is focused on Dubai and the wider UAE market and is supported by a private equity firm founded by James Caan CBE. It combines entrepreneurial speed with the stability and backing of an established investment group.

The brokerage supports the full mortgage journey for a diverse client base, including first-time buyers, home movers, investors, refinancing, equity release, off-plan purchases and non-resident applications. With access to a wide panel of UAE lenders, the team aims to provide tailored mortgage solutions across varied client needs.

This position offers the chance to work closely with senior mortgage professionals, improve client outcomes and help build strong operational systems as the company expands.

What You’ll Do

• Handle mortgage files from initial submission through to final completion, ensuring cases move forward accurately, efficiently and in line with UAE regulations and lender criteria.
• Liaise with clients, banks, developers, trustee offices, real estate agents and other internal and external stakeholders throughout the process.
• Keep clients informed with timely updates and maintain a high standard of service throughout the mortgage journey.
• Check client documents carefully for accuracy, completeness and compliance before they are submitted.
• Spot delays, risks or process bottlenecks early and take ownership of resolving them promptly.
• Maintain precise records in CRM platforms and internal reporting tools.
• Assist mortgage consultants with collecting documents, sending lender submissions and tracking case progress.
• Arrange transfer appointments and coordinate final completion steps with all involved parties.
• Help improve operational workflows and contribute to best-practice processes as the business grows.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in UAE mortgage operations, mortgage processing, banking operations or financial services administration.
• A solid grasp of the UAE mortgage process, lender requirements and DLD procedures.
• Strong organisational ability and the capacity to manage several active cases at once.
• Very high attention to detail and a consistent focus on accuracy.
• Confident communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Familiarity with CBUAE rules, Al Etihad Credit Bureau processes and mortgage documentation standards.
• A self-driven, practical approach with the ability to work independently.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
