Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design and maintain a back-office system dedicated to handling complaints and service requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Customize and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Dataverse platforms.
• Construct workflows managing complaints, requests, cases, SLAs, escalations, and notifications.
• Create plugins, JavaScript code, Power Automate flows, and custom components to extend CRM functionality.
• Integrate Dynamics CRM with internal systems and external entities through API connections.
• Provide support during deployments, resolve technical issues, optimize system performance, and prepare technical documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with Business Analysts, QA teams, and other technical stakeholders to deliver solutions.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• A minimum of five years’ hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development.
• Proficient in working with REST and SOAP APIs and integrating third-party applications.
• Strong understanding of CRM security protocols, workflow frameworks, and case management processes.
• Familiar with Azure DevOps, Git version control, and Agile methodologies for software delivery.
• Experience working on enterprise or government-related projects is highly desirable.
