Role Overview
The Senior Marketing Manager position for Australia and New Zealand involves partnering closely with regional CEOs and sales teams to boost brand presence and drive demand generation. This is a full-time, permanent role based in ANZ, requiring regular travel within the region. The role also includes global responsibilities such as leading the worldwide thought leadership program and maintaining brand stewardship for TTC’s corporate website.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute regional events and sponsorships, covering selection, follow-up, and pipeline attribution.
- Manage the ANZ webinar program end-to-end, including topic selection, speaker management, promotion, and sales lead handover.
- Oversee SAP User Group sponsorship initiatives from start to finish.
- Coordinate partner co-marketing efforts with technology and alliance partners, including joint and funded campaigns.
- Develop regional campaigns and organic social media activities that reflect TTC’s global positioning in the local market.
- Support key accounts with tailored content, events, and marketing campaigns in collaboration with sales teams.
- Create credible case studies based on ANZ client engagements, managing the approval process.
- Maintain and expand the regional library of client references, testimonials, and logos.
- Generate thought leadership content utilizing regional experts and client stories.
- Handle public relations and announcements related to client wins, partnerships, personnel appointments, and company news.
- Lead TTC’s global thought leadership program by working with subject-matter experts and managing the part-time content creator contractor.
- Serve as the global custodian of the TTC website and messaging to ensure consistent brand identity across regions and channels.
- Manage global sales enablement materials including capability decks, one-pagers, and battle cards.
- Oversee vendor relationships, including scope, budget, and performance with TTC’s website agency.
Success Metrics
- Consistent generation of qualified pipeline in ANZ through events, webinars, partnerships, and campaigns.
- A growing collection of ANZ case studies and testimonials utilized actively by sales teams.
- Global sales enablement content and thought leadership regarded as up to date and valuable by regional teams.
- A well-maintained, consistent, and governed website and brand presence.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 7 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology services, consulting, or enterprise software.
- Proven expertise in field marketing and demand generation within the Australian and/or New Zealand markets.
- Excellent writing and content creation skills, with the ability to translate technical delivery into engaging case studies.
- Experience managing external agencies and vendors, including budgeting and overseeing performance.
- Comfortable collaborating with senior stakeholders and functioning with autonomy in a small, hands-on team.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot and proficiency in pipeline reporting.
- Interest in artificial intelligence and its influence on software quality, with credibility in technical discussions.
Additional Information
This position reports directly to the CEOs of New Zealand and Australia with additional accountability to the Group CEO for global duties. The successful candidate will work alongside the Senior Marketing Manager covering other regions, a content creator contractor, and the website agency.
