You’ll also bring stronger structure, planning, and follow-through to the marketing team.
You will collaborate with senior leaders and teams across the business to deliver seasonal campaigns, product launches, partnership activations, and community-driven initiatives. The position suits someone who enjoys moving fluidly between high-level planning and hands-on delivery in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
Campaign Planning and Execution
- Plan and run integrated marketing campaigns spanning digital, social, email, retail, and community touchpoints.
- Build marketing calendars that support launches, seasonal moments, partnerships, and other key brand events.
- Keep campaigns on schedule and aligned across every customer-facing channel.
- Manage coordination for creative work, approvals, and launch preparation across departments.
Brand and Content Marketing
- Preserve consistency in brand voice, positioning, and storytelling across channels.
- Work with internal and external creatives to produce strong content and campaign materials.
- Make sure customer communications consistently represent the Line Change brand and values.
- Spot opportunities to deepen awareness and engagement with the brand.
Paid Media and Customer Acquisition
- Oversee paid media execution or guide external partners on strategy and performance.
- Assist with budget tracking, creative testing, audience selection, and campaign refinement.
- Review acquisition results and suggest changes to improve efficiency and growth.
- Keep paid, organic, influencer, and email efforts working together.
E-Commerce and Customer Experience
- Handle on-site marketing activities that support launches and seasonal promotions.
- Update the homepage, landing pages, merchandising priorities, and promotional copy.
- Partner with merchandising and operations to align marketing plans with stock levels and broader business goals.
- Support optimization work aimed at improving conversion rate, average order value, and the overall customer journey.
Influencer, Community, and Events
- Manage partnerships with influencers, ambassadors, and creators.
- Build relationships that fit the brand’s focus on women’s sports and community.
- Support planning and execution for events, pop-ups, sponsorships, and community initiatives.
- Measure performance and return on investment for partnership programs.
Marketing Operations and Reporting
- Help create and maintain marketing workflows, project plans, and operating processes.
- Coordinate timelines and deliverables across internal stakeholders and outside partners.
- Prepare regular performance updates and reporting for leadership.
- Use data and customer insights to identify improvements and future opportunities.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a highly organized marketer who enjoys building campaigns, managing multiple projects, and delivering measurable results. You should be comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on work and keeping several priorities moving at once.
