Role overview
Sodexo Singapore is hiring a strategic and energetic Senior Marketing Executive to support the Education segment, covering schools, universities, and other educational institutions in Singapore. The role focuses on shaping and delivering marketing plans that strengthen brand awareness, improve client engagement, and contribute to business expansion.
This position calls for solid experience in both B2B and B2C marketing, ideally gained in hospitality, food services, or education-related settings, along with a strong understanding of the Singapore education landscape.
Key responsibilities
- Build and carry out annual marketing plans that align with the segment’s business goals.
- Spot opportunities to grow current accounts and win new business.
- Position Sodexo as a preferred partner within the education ecosystem.
- Plan campaigns that engage students, faculty members, and institutional stakeholders.
- Work closely with operations teams to strengthen the on-site customer experience.
- Support customer retention through focused marketing activity.
- Lead digital marketing efforts across social media, email, and online channels.
- Develop content suited to student and institutional audiences.
- Track digital trends and fine-tune campaigns to improve results.
- Collaborate with sales and bid teams on persuasive proposals and presentations.
- Contribute marketing inputs, case studies, and value propositions for tenders and pitches.
- Help expand Sodexo’s visibility and market presence in the education sector.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
- Handle internal and external communications for the segment.
- Identify PR, partnership, and event opportunities within the education space.
- Carry out market research and competitor benchmarking for the education sector in Malaysia.
- Measure campaign results and ROI, then turn findings into practical recommendations.
- Use data and insights to improve future marketing performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 6 to 10 years of professional marketing experience.
- Experience in food services, hospitality, education, or a B2B services environment is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in managing campaigns, building brands, and handling digital marketing.
- Background in stakeholder coordination and cross-functional teamwork.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute plans effectively.
- Confident communication and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media, CRM platforms, and analytics.
- Well-developed project management and organizational skills.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, multicultural workplace.
