Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to spearhead the development, deployment, and optimization of our marketing initiatives utilizing cutting-edge AI tools and data-centric approaches. This fully remote position, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, demands a professional skilled in both strategic planning and hands-on implementation across areas such as content marketing, branding, SEO, paid media, social media, email marketing, lead generation, analytics, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, defining target demographics and buyer personas.
  • Develop content assets including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, landing pages, and social media posts by leveraging AI-enabled solutions.
  • Conduct AI-facilitated SEO research and continuously enhance website and organic search performance.
  • Manage social media channels by scheduling automated posts, engaging with the audience, and analyzing results.
  • Plan and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads, utilizing A/B testing to boost ROI.
  • Create and refine automated marketing workflows, email nurture sequences, and lead scoring models integrating CRM systems.
  • Drive both inbound and outbound lead generation, optimizing funnels and conversion rates.
  • Develop marketing dashboards and performance reports to guide data-driven decisions.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging and identity, supporting product launches and competitive analyses.
  • Lead AI workflow creation, including prompt libraries and reusable templates, while evaluating new AI marketing technologies and tools.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years' experience in digital, growth, or performance marketing.
  • Proven expertise in integrating AI tools for marketing enhancement and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent analytical abilities, communication skills, and project management experience.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or technology sectors is preferred.

Technical and AI Skills

  • Proficiency in growth marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, paid advertising, email campaigns, CRO, brand and product marketing, and marketing analytics.
  • Expertise with AI disciplines such as prompt engineering, AI content creation, image and video generation, AI-driven research and automation.
  • Familiarity with tools including Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, CRM and marketing automation platforms, CMS, and reporting dashboards.
  • Preferred AI software knowledge: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Synthesia, HeyGen, Runway, Surfer SEO, Ahrefs, Semrush, Zapier, Make, n8n, Looker Studio, Microsoft Clarity, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM.

Performance Indicators

  • Metrics spanning marketing qualified leads (MQLs), sales qualified leads (SQLs), pipeline volume, customer acquisition costs, ROAS, ROMI, web and organic traffic growth, social engagement, email metrics, conversion rates, cost per lead, revenue influenced by marketing, and AI-driven productivity improvements.
