Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a senior marketing leader for a globally respected creative studio working across advertising, immersive experiences, and entertainment. The organisation is known for combining standout storytelling with exceptional craft and emerging technology. In this role, you will lead marketing, PR, and communications for the Advertising and Immersive divisions during a period of significant business change.
This is a high-level strategic position for someone who understands the wider marketing, brand, media, and entertainment environment, and who can confidently explain how the industry is evolving rather than simply reacting to change. You will shape the marketing and communications direction, refine the core narrative, and make sure the message stands out in a crowded and fast-moving market. You will manage a compact team across London and the US, while working in close partnership with the broader marketing function to maintain alignment across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and lead the strategic marketing and communications plan that supports the company through ongoing transformation.
- Anticipate how clients view the business’s creative output and its use of modern technologies, including AI and other emerging tools.
- Manage and develop the Advertising and Immersive marketing team, ensuring clear direction and consistency across global locations.
- Own PR, communications, and social strategy so that messaging strengthens brand recognition, reinforces differentiation, and stays aligned with the brand voice.
- Keep the company current on how communication and social media function today, including platform-specific content, evolving posting rhythms, language shifts, SEO, and newer GEO/AI search behaviours.
- Serve as a polished and authoritative spokesperson with senior leaders, journalists, publications, and external partners.
- Represent the business credibly at industry events and act as a visible ambassador for the brand.
- Work with the wider marketing team and other departments to align internal communications, support hiring efforts, and assess opportunities such as talks, panels, and speaking engagements.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate brings substantial senior-level experience in a strategic marketing position, preferably within a communications, media, digital agency, or a comparable creative or entertainment business.
You should have excellent writing and editing ability, with experience producing and overseeing strong copy, press materials, and marketing content.
A clear understanding of what connects with different online audiences, along with strong awareness of current social and cultural trends, is essential.
Success in this role also requires strong relationship-building, negotiation, and creative problem-solving skills.
The right person will be independent, entrepreneurial, and self-driven, while still being collaborative, receptive to input, and enjoyable to work with.
Because this is a highly visible role, you must be comfortable managing multiple senior stakeholders.

This position is based in New York, NY and is a full-time onsite role. No salary, bonus, benefits, or application deadline details were provided in the source material.
