Role overview

This is a senior analytics role for a partner organization, with applications and hiring steps handled by the employer’s internal team. The position is based in the United Kingdom and offers a fully remote setup.

You will serve as a strategic analytics partner to marketing leadership in a fast-moving, global environment. The role centers on turning complex marketing data into practical insights that influence decisions across SEM, SEO, and newer AI-enabled acquisition channels. You will shape measurement approaches, build forecasting and analysis frameworks, and connect marketing activity to revenue outcomes. The work sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and operations, with a strong focus on improving how marketing performance is understood and optimized at scale. Accountabilities

  • Examine large, complex marketing datasets to uncover trends, underlying causes, and key performance drivers across SEM, SEO, and AI-led acquisition channels.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and visual tools, including Tableau-based outputs, to help marketing leaders make informed decisions.
  • Develop forecasting models, carry out statistical analysis, and design experiments to measure performance and improve spend allocation.
  • Set and harmonize marketing metrics so they reflect business goals and keep cross-functional teams aligned.
  • Convert analytical findings into clear recommendations that strengthen conversion, efficiency, and revenue impact.
  • Document and analyze end-to-end marketing funnels and data movement from acquisition through revenue generation to increase visibility and optimization opportunities.
  • Use generative AI tools to improve analytics workflows, automate reporting, and evaluate AI-driven search channel results.
  • Work closely with marketing, data, and business stakeholders to align priorities and advance strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Engineering, or Economics.
  • At least 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or marketing analytics.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in consulting or analytical operations settings.
  • Deep knowledge of SEM, SEO, and AI-driven or generative search marketing channels.
  • Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
  • Exposure to R, Python, or comparable analytical tools is an advantage.
  • Solid grounding in statistical analysis, experimentation, forecasting, and predictive modeling.
  • Practical experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini for analytics or automation tasks.
  • Ability to connect data insights with business strategy, financial impact, and operational results.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex analytics for non-technical audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management capability and the ability to juggle competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the confidence to question assumptions and spot gaps.
