Role Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive strategic communications plans for NLB’s programmes, events, and official announcements, integrating corporate storytelling, message crafting, and media material preparation aligned with strategic priorities.
- Provide expert communication strategy advice to senior leadership, ensuring uniform messaging across all communication channels.
- Drive media engagement initiatives and advertising campaigns by actively pitching to media, nurturing relationships with journalists and editors, coordinating interviews, and managing media inquiries.
- Oversee collaboration with external partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure effective delivery of communication objectives.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of six years of professional experience in corporate or marketing communications with proven success in strategic planning and implementation.
- Experience supervising or leading teams is advantageous.
- Proficient in media relations, integrated marketing communications, and digital content strategies.
- Excellent command of English with strong writing, editing, and storytelling expertise capable of translating complex concepts into engaging narratives for varied audiences.
- Strategic and analytical thinker with a creative approach.
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively under tight deadlines.
- Highly motivated and adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Additional Information
The successful applicant will initially be employed on a two-year contract basis.
