About the Role
Enrich and Enlight, a distinguished recruitment consulting firm, is seeking a seasoned Senior Manager/AGM for BPO Pricing. This role is pivotal in developing and executing sophisticated pricing strategies within the Business Process Management (BPM) sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong financial acumen, deep understanding of pricing methodologies, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments to drive profitability and strategic growth. This position is based in Bengaluru, India.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the development and implementation of comprehensive pricing frameworks for both new and existing services, catering to payer and provider segments, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives and market competitiveness.
- Collaborate closely with sales, finance, and delivery departments to meticulously structure client deals, encompassing pricing models, contract stipulations, and thorough financial risk assessments.
- Construct and maintain sophisticated pricing models to rigorously evaluate profitability, return on investment (ROI), and perform sensitivity analyses across a spectrum of commercial scenarios.
- Take the lead on pricing contributions for Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and client proposals, ensuring punctual and precise submissions that strategically position the company.
- Conduct in-depth competitive pricing analysis and market benchmarking to inform strategic pricing decisions and identify opportunities for market differentiation.
- Ensure all pricing practices adhere strictly to internal policies, relevant legal standards, and client contractual commitments.
- Monitor pricing performance, analyze win/loss trends, and track deal profitability, providing actionable insights to leadership for continuous enhancement.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with finance, legal, operations, and sales teams to ensure pricing strategies are harmonized with business goals and operational capacities.
- Potentially lead and mentor a team of pricing analysts and commercial strategists, cultivating an environment of analytical rigor and strategic foresight.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a closely related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Possess 3 to 12 years of relevant experience in pricing, commercial finance, or strategic planning roles. Significant experience in pricing within the BPM (Voice and Non-Voice) sector is highly desirable.
- Demonstrate strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
- Exhibit a profound understanding of various pricing methodologies and commercial models.
- Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence effectively.
- Proficiency in essential tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and specialized pricing software.
- Experience in contract structuring and client negotiation processes is crucial.
- Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities within a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
