Senior Manager – Real Estate Operations

Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Manager to lead and expand a dynamic real estate operations platform in Saudi Arabia. This leadership position demands expertise in property management, leasing, brokerage, facilities management, commercial leadership, and driving business growth. The role focuses on ensuring operational excellence, enhancing profitability, client satisfaction, and spearheading strategic development across a variety of real estate portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Real Estate Operations department with complete profit and loss responsibility.
• Stimulate consistent revenue growth while maintaining profitability and operational efficiency.
• Create and implement business development plans to win new mandates and strengthen existing client partnerships.
• Manage property management, leasing, brokerage, and facilities management governance for multiple portfolios.
• Ensure top operational standards by tracking KPIs, adhering to SLAs, reporting accurately, and maintaining governance.
• Lead contract activation, operational handovers, and improvements in service delivery.
• Enhance compliance, risk management strategies, maintain audit preparedness, and ensure regulatory conformance.
• Develop and guide high-performing, multidisciplinary teams.
• Implement best practices, operational protocols, and scalable processes.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align with long-term business goals.

Candidate Profile

• 12 to 20 years of experience in the real estate sector.
• Extensive leadership background managing large-scale real estate operations.
• Strong commercial insight with demonstrated P&L accountability.
• Proven success in overseeing property management, leasing, brokerage, and facilities management.
• Experience managing diverse teams across complex property portfolios.
• Proven skills in business development, client relations, and growing accounts.
• Familiarity working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region is highly regarded.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
• Advanced qualifications (MBA, EMBA, MSc, RICS, IREM or international equivalents) are strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in English communication.
