Role overview

In this role, you will collaborate closely with multiple teams and help shape the company’s presence in the capital markets while contributing to the further development of the Investor Relations function. The role is based in Karlsruhe, Baden-Württemberg, Germany.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for capital market participants, especially analysts and investors.
- Prepare analytical materials and company-related analysis.
- Create company presentations for quarterly and annual results, as well as IR decks for roadshows and conferences.
- Support the preparation of quarterly and annual reports.
- Take ownership of all mandatory disclosures and publications required for IONOS Group SE.
- Help refine and strengthen the company’s equity story.
- Maintain active communication with all IR stakeholders, with a particular focus on analysts and investors.
- Plan and run roadshows, conference participation, conference calls, annual general meetings, and Capital Markets Days.
- Expand and maintain the IR database, coordinate IR appointments, and support investor targeting activities.
- Serve as a cross-functional link to departments such as controlling, accounting, public relations, and product management.
Requirements
- A completed business-related degree, ideally with a focus on controlling, finance, or accounting.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of financial reporting, good knowledge of accounting rules for listed companies, and basic familiarity with relevant legal requirements and post-listing obligations.
- Strong commitment, initiative, and resilience.
- Team-oriented mindset, strong organizational skills, a confident presence, and excellent communication abilities.
- Very good German and English skills.
- Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good knowledge of common investor relations information systems, such as CRM and market data tools, is preferred.
- High willingness to travel.
