(Senior) Manager Investor Relations (w/m/d)

Role overview

The role is based in Karlsruhe, Baden-Württemberg, Germany.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for capital market participants, especially analysts and investors.
• Prepare analytical materials and company-related analysis.
• Create company presentations for quarterly and annual results, as well as IR decks for roadshows and conferences.
• Support the preparation of quarterly and annual reports.
• Take ownership of all mandatory disclosures and publications required for IONOS Group SE.
• Help refine and strengthen the company’s equity story.
• Maintain active communication with all IR stakeholders, with a particular focus on analysts and investors.
• Plan and run roadshows, conference participation, conference calls, annual general meetings, and Capital Markets Days.
• Expand and maintain the IR database, coordinate IR appointments, and support investor targeting activities.
• Serve as a cross-functional link to departments such as controlling, accounting, public relations, and product management.

Requirements

• A completed business-related degree, ideally with a focus on controlling, finance, or accounting.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of financial reporting, good knowledge of accounting rules for listed companies, and basic familiarity with relevant legal requirements and post-listing obligations.
• Strong commitment, initiative, and resilience.
• Team-oriented mindset, strong organizational skills, a confident presence, and excellent communication abilities.
• Very good German and English skills.
• Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good knowledge of common investor relations information systems, such as CRM and market data tools, is preferred.
• High willingness to travel.
