Senior Manager, International & Institutional Business

Overview

The Senior Manager for International & Institutional Business will actively engage with existing and potential Private Bank channels and Institutional clients to support Lion Global Investors' business growth. This role requires close collaboration with various internal teams as well as external partners to provide comprehensive client service and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist sales efforts targeting Private Bank channels and Institutional client segments.
• Create tailored marketing pitch materials as needed to support sales initiatives.
• Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries on an ad-hoc basis.
• Organize, attend, and follow up on meetings with clients to ensure successful outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors' product offerings and services within the region.
• Collaborate closely with OCBC group entities to leverage synergies.
• Work hand-in-hand with team members from business development, investment teams, and other departments to deliver excellent client experiences.
• Contribute to business development projects alongside colleagues as required.

Qualifications and Skills

• A university degree is mandatory.
• Background in financial services is essential.
• A minimum of five years’ relevant professional experience is required.
• Possess in-depth industry knowledge, especially within asset management sales support.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary.
• Demonstrates creativity and an eagerness to learn and explore new opportunities.
• Highly motivated, self-reliant, adaptable, and skilled at working collaboratively.
