Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and enhance the International Tier 2 HR Operations framework, ensuring dependable service delivery and integration of automation and AI technologies across APAC, EMEA, and LATAM regions, collaborating closely with Global Central Services.
- Lead regional managers and specialists to maintain strong operational rhythms, governance, and accountability within international HR teams.
- Develop leadership capabilities through coaching, succession planning, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Manage operational excellence metrics including SLAs, quality benchmarks, and customer satisfaction, implementing standardized procedures and frameworks.
- Utilize data analytics for informed decision-making, workforce planning, and resource optimization to support scalable services globally.
- Drive transformation initiatives such as automation, AI, workflow enhancements, and digital employee experiences, promoting process harmonization respecting local regulations.
- Apply human-centered and service design principles to improve employee workflows, conduct root-cause analysis, and cultivate ongoing experimentation and process optimization.
- Establish strategic partnerships with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, Payroll, Legal, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to enable smooth, scalable service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, data privacy, and internal controls while managing risk and operational readiness related to policies, organizational changes, and acquisitions.
Qualifications
- At least 12 years of advancing experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or HR Service Delivery within complex global organizations.
- A minimum of 5 years managing teams and leading HR operations across multiple countries internationally.
- Proven expertise in operational governance, workforce planning, SLA management, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Strong experience applying continuous improvement techniques, human-centered design, and digital transformation tools including AI and automation.
- Proficiency in HR technology ecosystems such as Workday and ServiceNow.
- Exceptional leadership skills, capable of influencing executives and managing ambiguity.
- Commitment to developing leaders and fostering high-performing, global teams.
