Job description

Overview

The Senior Manager - HR Business Partner plays a pivotal role in delivering customized HR solutions tailored for designated divisions. This involves working closely with business leaders and HR teams to resolve organizational challenges, facilitate workforce planning, and execute HR initiatives effectively aligned with divisional and corporate goals. The role also ensures that HR policies and programs are localized appropriately and uniformly applied.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and manage the annual budget for the HR Business Partner Department alongside the HR Division's overall budget, monitoring expenditures to stay within limits.
  • Develop and implement operating plans for the HR Business Partner Department that align with the HR Division’s strategic objectives, supporting the broader goals of Qiddiya.
  • Oversee operational frameworks within the department, provide guidance, and review processes to maintain high standards and foster continuous improvement.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with divisional leaders to understand their objectives and challenges, positioning HR as a strategic advisor.
  • Promote collaboration between HR departments to integrate talent strategies within business priorities and address employee needs in partnership with Centers of Excellence.
  • Lead ongoing improvements in HRBP team performance and champion best practices and innovations across supported divisions.
  • Head efforts in organization design and workforce planning, approving workforce assessments and facilitating restructuring and talent moves to enhance agility.
  • Manage the localization and customization of HR initiatives to reflect division-specific and market requirements.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies, manage escalations and sensitive employee relations matters effectively.
  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly and aligned with company culture and workflows.
  • Play an active role in compensation decisions, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring equitable treatment across divisions.
  • Coordinate with recruitment to authorize exceptions and harmonize offers according to organizational standards.
  • Drive transparency and fairness in compensation and role clarity through divisional reviews.
  • Support divisional leaders in handling day-to-day employee relations to resolve team issues and cultivate a positive workplace atmosphere.
  • Foster talent development within the HR Business Partner Department by mentoring high-potential individuals and nurturing future leadership.
  • Monitor team performance against goals and key performance indicators, ensuring effective performance management practices.
  • Promote a learning culture by providing ongoing feedback and coaching to department team members.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR leader skilled in strategic business partnering, with a track record of managing budgets, driving HR operational excellence, collaborating across departments, and leading organizational design and workforce planning within a complex corporate environment.
