Job description

About Nymbus

Nymbus is a pioneering fintech organization dedicated to transforming banking through innovative technology. Their award-winning modern core platform and cloud-based solutions empower financial institutions aiming to upgrade and thrive in an evolving financial landscape. Operating with an AI-first approach, Nymbus fosters a culture centered on collaboration, accountability, and consistent execution.

Work Environment

This is a remote-first position requiring occasional travel a few times per year, including client visits or team meetings at specific locations. While primarily remote, candidates based in Eastern or Central time zones are preferred to align with working hours centered around the Eastern Time Zone.

Role Overview

The Senior Manager of Growth Marketing is responsible for driving new member and customer acquisition for Nymbus Labs' launch brands. This strategic and hands-on role leads go-to-market initiatives to establish new financial brands, managing the full acquisition funnel—from building brand awareness to converting prospects into loyal customers. The role involves collaboration with lifecycle teams once prospects are converted and requires balancing direct leadership with coaching responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop full-funnel acquisition strategies from scratch, including brand awareness, consideration, and conversion stages in markets lacking prior brand presence.
  • Create pre-launch positioning, messaging frameworks, and audience segmentation tailored to differentiate new brands competitively at every funnel level.
  • Define KPIs and measurement systems covering brand awareness, consideration, cost-per-acquisition, and new member growth.
  • Design and execute go-to-market plans based on competitive positioning, audience targeting, channel strategy, and phased budget allocation.
  • Manage end-to-end media strategy across paid search, paid social, programmatic, and affiliate channels, ensuring alignment of creative assets and performance goals.
  • Conduct hands-on campaign management including targeting, bidding, creative briefs, quality assurance, and budget pacing across multiple brands.
  • Apply rigorous performance marketing analysis focusing on CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates to optimize campaigns continuously.
  • Maintain measurement infrastructure including UTM tagging, pixel management, attribution modeling and analytics to generate executive-level performance insights.
  • Utilize AI tools routinely for market research, audience insights, creative testing, performance analysis, and strategic planning.
  • Lead AI-driven innovation initiatives to enhance automation, improve strategic advantage, and foster team-wide knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in acquisition marketing with full ownership of comprehensive funnel strategies and managed media budgets.
  • Expertise in building brand awareness, driving consideration, and scaling conversions with a solid understanding of when to transition between brand-building and performance marketing.
  • Strong grasp of performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and LTV to inform decision-making.
  • Extensive experience crafting go-to-market launch plans integrating competitive positioning, channel theories, and measurable acquisition goals.
  • Hands-on proficiency with paid search (Google, Bing), paid social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok), and programmatic advertising including campaign setup and optimization.
  • Advanced analytical skills using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker/Data Studio, and platform-specific analytics tools to govern full-funnel measurement.
  • Active user of AI technologies integrated into daily workflows for research, analysis, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to advise clients at executive levels and handle multiple brands proactively.
  • Capability to adapt strategies for both B2C and B2B markets effectively.
  • Highly self-directed with strong problem-solving and independent decision-making skills.
  • Experience in fintech or financial services is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $125,000
  • Eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity options based on role and experience
  • Fully remote work arrangement
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Comprehensive health, dental and vision insurance coverage
  • Flexible paid time off policies
