Overview
Join a key infrastructure initiative in Katkamdag, Hazaribagh as a Senior Manager responsible for managing all government regulatory approvals essential for the construction of a large 38-acre township and a bridge over the Konar River.
Key Responsibilities
- Obtain all necessary government permissions, including land conversion, RERA registration, and clearances from the Irrigation Department to ensure project compliance.
- Engage directly with administrative officers such as the Deputy Commissioner (DC), Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO), and Circle Officer (CO) within Jharkhand to facilitate approvals.
- Coordinate with various government departments to secure legal NOCs from entities like the Pollution Control Board and Fire Department.
- Manage on-ground staff, including revenue officials (Amins), and liaise effectively with senior IAS officers in Hindi and local dialects.
Qualifications and Experience
- Demonstrable track record of navigating real estate approvals within Jharkhand, including JHARERA, Town Planning, and Land Mutation procedures.
- Strong connections and experience working with DC, SDO, and CO offices in the region.
- Preference for retired SDOs, COs, or Armed Forces Officers with relevant expertise.
Job Details and Benefits
- Full-time corporate position based onsite at Katkamdag, Hazaribagh.
- Fixed monthly salary in the range of ₹100,000 to ₹150,000.
- Annual milestone bonus of ₹700,000 awarded upon successful completion of critical project approvals such as the Konar Bridge NOC and RERA registration.
- A monthly GST-compliant budget between ₹30,000 and ₹40,000 for official liaisoning activities, travel, and corporate hospitality.
