Job description
Overview
This position supports the Residential Business Unit by overseeing governance submissions, executive-level reporting, and committee coordination for the residential portfolio. The role serves as the main control point for Stage Gate reviews, Development Committee meetings, N-1 / N-2 Committee sessions, and other leadership submissions, making sure every pack is accurate, aligned, complete, and ready for decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and prepare governance packs, committee materials, Stage Gate review documents, and leadership presentations.
- Build concise, decision-focused documents that clearly set out the request, associated risks, recommended action, and approvals needed.
- Bring together inputs from Development, Delivery, Commercial, Cost Planning, Finance, Strategy, CDU, MDU, and other relevant teams.
- Make sure every submission complies with Qiddiya’s governance standards, templates, and approval workflow.
- Monitor approvals, actions, conditions, and follow-up items from governance forums until they are fully closed.
- Produce executive reports, dashboards, meeting notes, and action-tracking logs.
- Align stakeholders before submissions so last-minute changes are reduced and approval outcomes are improved.
- Improve governance templates, checklists, reporting tools, and submission workflows on an ongoing basis.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, project management, business administration, or a similar discipline.
- At least 7 years of experience in real estate development, project management, PMO, governance, reporting, or portfolio coordination.
- Background supporting large residential, mixed-use, masterplan, or giga-project environments.
- Solid understanding of governance structures, Stage Gate approvals, executive reporting, and committee-level submissions.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel capability, with the ability to produce polished executive-ready presentations.
- Strong stakeholder coordination skills and the ability to gather inputs from multiple senior teams.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to convert complex project data into clear, decision-ready outputs.
- Strong discipline in follow-ups, action tracking, meeting minutes, and reporting.
- Experience in GCC or Saudi projects is preferred.
