Senior Manager, Employee and Partner Enablement

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a holistic enablement strategy spanning internal teams, partners, and customer-centric departments.
• Lead and nurture a team comprising learning developers and facilitators to deliver effective learning solutions.
• Collaborate closely with senior executives across Product, Services, and Customer divisions to assess performance needs and align training goals accordingly.
• Create and expand onboarding, certification, and ongoing development programs to boost knowledge retention and operational efficiency.
• Set measurable success indicators for enablement projects and leverage analytics and feedback to refine these initiatives continuously.
• Innovate in learning delivery methods, technology adoption, and engagement strategies to enhance program effectiveness.
• Represent the enablement function in strategic discussions, business reviews, and organization-wide projects.
• Oversee enterprise-level enablement programs impacting multiple teams and business sectors.
• Serve as an expert in learning strategies, adult education, and service enablement best practices.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of experience in partner enablement, professional services enablement, or learning and development roles.
• A minimum of 3 years leading teams in learning, instructional design, or enablement functions.
• In-depth knowledge of learning strategies, instructional design frameworks, and adult education theories.
• A track record of designing and scaling enablement initiatives within dynamic, fast-paced settings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with senior management and cross-disciplinary teams.
• Analytical proficiency in assessing learning impact and organizational outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in education, business, instructional design, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• Self-driven with excellent strategic thinking, ownership, and accountability skills.

• Competitive base salary ranging between 106125 and 176500 USD annually, dependent on location, experience, and qualifications.
