Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Manager to join our Digital & Technology Transformation (DTT) team based in Singapore. This role offers a significant opportunity to influence business growth during a dynamic stage of expansion. As an authoritative technology strategy advisor, you will spearhead comprehensive digital transformation programs, aligning technology strategies with business goals to foster innovation and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft and steer technology strategies for clients that directly support their business objectives.
• Leverage emerging technologies such as AI, cloud computing, data analytics, and automation to promote business expansion and efficiency.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of digital transformation initiatives, ensuring integration with client operations and achievement of value.
• Act as a trusted consultant to senior leaders, guiding them through digital innovations and technological landscape complexities.
• Maintain robust stakeholder relationships and governance practices to ensure timely and scoped program delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and build high-performing consultancy teams, providing necessary resources and fostering collaborative cultures.
• Contribute to cutting-edge methodologies and frameworks that propel digital transformation efforts (internally and client-facing).
• Support business development by building client connections, identifying growth prospects, and shaping proposals and thought leadership.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 10 to 12 years of senior roles involving technology strategy, digital transformation, and enterprise architecture.
• Proven consulting experience, especially in delivering large-scale technology transformations.
• Industry expertise includes financial services, pharmaceuticals, energy, government, and technology sectors.
• Strong leadership with demonstrated capacity to engage C-suite executives and direct diverse teams.
• Educational background in IT, engineering, computer science, or related disciplines; certifications like TOGAF or ITIL are advantageous.
