Role Overview

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Delivery Director to lead the execution of a prominent Stadium project. This pivotal role demands a visionary leader with proven expertise in managing the delivery of large-scale sports facilities, ensuring alignment with the project’s objectives and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct construction and complete delivery phases of the Stadium, adhering to the project vision and performance benchmarks.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to formulate effective delivery strategies that meet budget constraints, quality standards, and deadlines.
• Engage actively with stakeholders such as government agencies, sports bodies, and community groups to align project goals with national priorities.
• Enforce stringent governance, risk management, and quality assurance processes throughout project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections and reporting to track progress, ensuring timely completion and regulatory compliance.
• Foster cooperation among contractors and suppliers to create a productive project environment.
• Provide senior leadership with strategic updates, highlighting current status, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
• Champion sustainability and innovative approaches that enhance stadium functionality and environmental responsibility.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline.
• At least 12 years of experience in project delivery, especially in sports infrastructure development.
• Demonstrated success in delivering major stadiums or arena projects with deep knowledge of construction, design, and engineering workflows.
• Strong leadership capabilities for guiding diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies and industry best practices.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder relationship management skills.
• Proficiency using project management software and strong analytical skills.
