Role Overview

The Senior Manager Consulting AI position is pivotal in delivering high-value AI and automation projects, overseeing multidisciplinary teams, and collaborating closely with company leaders to expand client portfolios and enhance delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead diverse teams comprising developers, consultants, and architects to execute complex automation and AI initiatives.
• Serve as the chief liaison for clients, ensuring their satisfaction, managing relationships, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Co-create solution architectures and strategic delivery plans integrating automation with AI advances.
• Enhance delivery processes and governance frameworks continuously.
• Promote and sell AI-driven solutions within key industries like insurance, finance, and manufacturing.
• Incorporate emerging AI technologies such as Agentic AI, RAG, and machine learning into client projects.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 5 years consulting experience, preferably with AI solution delivery.

• Preferred background in telecom, retail, banking, insurance, or travel sectors.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, business insight, and problem-solving skills.
