About the Role

Join EY as a Senior Manager in Strategy & Transformation within Business Consulting, where you'll guide clients through complex challenges impacting their entire enterprise. Your work will involve translating strategic goals into actionable plans, redesigning operating models, transforming processes, and enhancing business performance, with a special focus on the oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and define complex business problems, formulating viable solutions collaboratively with clients.
• Facilitate strategic discussions and present innovative improvements to stakeholders.
• Conduct comprehensive qualitative and quantitative research to support analytical needs and implementation efforts.
• Extend contributions beyond client engagements by participating in business development, proposal creation, and knowledge sharing initiatives.
• Maintain awareness of current industry trends and apply insights to client projects.
• Build and nurture internal and external stakeholder relationships at various organizational levels.
• Deliver high-quality consulting services within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and creating a positive learning culture through coaching and performance management.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 8 years' experience within the oil and gas sector.
• At least 3 years of management consulting experience, with leadership roles in strategy design, operating model reengineering, process improvements, or technology adoption projects.
• Proven success in sales and business development activities related to consulting services.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Excellent analytical skills combined with the ability to produce clear reports and impactful presentations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships effectively.
• A bachelor's degree, preferably in business, finance, engineering or a quantitative discipline, from a reputable university.

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to Gas/LNG markets, marketing and trading, as well as supply chain and operations within the oil and gas industry.
