About Medallion

Medallion is a rapidly growing healthcare technology company dedicated to streamlining provider operations. Our platform automates critical administrative tasks such as licensing, credentialing, payer enrollment, and compliance monitoring, enabling healthcare organizations to enhance provider satisfaction, accelerate revenue, and improve patient outcomes. We are recognized as a leader in the industry, with accolades including Inc. Magazine's Fastest-Growing Private Companies, LinkedIn's Top US Startups, and a Glassdoor Best Place to Work. Our mission is to transform healthcare at scale, supported by significant investment from prominent venture capital firms.

About the Role

The Senior Manager, Business Operations is a critical role focused on tackling high-impact operational challenges within the business. Initially, this position will concentrate on enhancing productivity and quality within the Payer Enrollment division. As the role progresses, it will expand to address broader operational opportunities across the company. This role requires a proactive individual who can quickly master new domains, develop effective strategies, drive scalable solutions, and then apply this expertise to new areas.

This position operates at the nexus of operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and product-driven automation. You will lead operational teams, be accountable for measurable results, and collaborate with engineering, product, and operations leaders to identify and eliminate inefficiencies, thereby building sustainable operational leverage. The initial focus will be on improving the throughput and quality of Payer Enrollment Follow-Ups, with the scope expanding as trust and a proven track record are established.

You will report directly to the VP of Business Operations. The compensation for this role is anticipated to be between $150,000 and $190,000 annually, in addition to equity and benefits. Specific salary will be determined based on factors such as market data, geographic location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
