Overview
The Senior Manager of Academics & Curriculum will spearhead the organization's curriculum strategy to ensure academic excellence and innovation. This role involves leading the development and alignment of academic programs with global education standards, particularly focusing on International Baccalaureate (IB) and SAT curricula. The position demands strategic oversight, implementation expertise, and data-driven decision making to enhance educational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the overall strategy for curriculum development and academic initiatives organization-wide.
- Introduce and support continuous academic innovation and improvement practices.
- Design and synchronize academic roadmaps to meet international benchmarks and standards.
- Manage the design and execution of curriculum frameworks specifically for IB and SAT offerings.
- Utilize data analytics proficiently to monitor academic performance and inform strategic decisions.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a Master's degree or PhD in Science or Educational Leadership.
- Bring over a decade of experience in the education sector, including a minimum of four years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Demonstrate proven skills in strategic curriculum design tailored to IB and SAT programs.
- Exhibit strong analytical capabilities, with a background in applying data analytics to enhance educational results.
- Have excellent proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.
