- Coordinate due diligence procedures for both buy- and sell-side M&A transactions, ensuring meticulous structuring and management of data rooms.
- Compose detailed Confidential Information Memoranda (CIMs), financial assessments, and supporting documents for deals.
- Construct and analyze financial models reflecting forecasts, SaaS metrics such as ARR, unit economics, cohort-based net revenue retention, logo retention, and LTV/CAC ratios.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on key market dynamics, main players, and recent transactions within the education domain.
- Foster trusting client relationships by offering strategic advice aligned with client objectives.
Qualifications
- At least three years of experience in M&A, ideally within education or corporate training sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Strong accounting and financial expertise including familiarity with SaaS accounting, deferred revenue recognition, retention metrics, net working capital, valuation, and financial modeling.
- Proven ability to deliver consistent, high-quality results with a disciplined work ethic, flexibility, and dedication to meeting client goals.
- Experience with modern project management systems, CRM tools, business productivity software, and safe, effective use of AI applications.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with strong teamwork and interpersonal capabilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset demonstrating curiosity and ambition.
Compensation and Location
