Role overview
This is a senior leadership position for Strategic Alliances focused on Oracle. The role is responsible for shaping, executing, and tracking joint go-to-market alliance strategies across key ecosystems. The selected candidate will work to grow partner-influenced pipeline and revenue, help internal teams execute partner-led plays, and strengthen Jade Global’s market visibility with strategic technology partners. The role carries leadership visibility, broad cross-functional coordination, and budget responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Create and lead the overall alliance strategy, operating framework, and annual joint business plans with Oracle, aligned to Jade Global’s core offerings such as cloud, AI, ERP, integration, and transformation.
- Drive co-created go-to-market plans that align with shared markets, customer groups, and business goals.
- Set alliance KPIs and monitor progress against pipeline growth, revenue impact, executive engagement, and market presence.
- Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with Oracle alliance leaders and field teams.
- Represent Jade Global in partner councils, strategic planning forums, and leadership reviews with the alliance partner.
- Ensure alignment on joint priorities, funding opportunities, and marketplace positioning.
- Plan and execute co-branded campaigns, digital programs, webinars, industry events, and field marketing initiatives that generate demand and reduce sales cycle time.
- Coordinate partner-driven content, thought leadership, customer success stories, and shared promotional activities.
- Enable internal teams across sales, marketing, presales, and delivery with partner playbooks, sell-with approaches, solution messaging, and competitive positioning.
- Support partner training, certification awareness, and ecosystem learning programs.
- Build dashboards, governance routines, and reporting structures for strategic alliance performance.
- Present regular business reviews to leadership with clear metrics, outcomes, and strategic insights.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in strategic alliances, partner management, ecosystem leadership, or business development within technology environments.
- Strong hands-on exposure to the Oracle ecosystem and a track record of driving measurable co-sell and joint go-to-market results.
- Demonstrated ability to lead across functions and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Capability to define KPIs, create dashboards, interpret performance data, and share findings with senior leadership.
- Strong communication skills with confident executive presence.
- Background in enterprise cloud, digital transformation, ERP, or SaaS partner ecosystems is preferred.
- Experience with joint campaign planning, demand generation, partner co-funding models, and partner marketing incentive structures is preferred.
- Familiarity with partner incentive and investment frameworks, partner portals, and collaboration tools is preferred.
